Finding a table tennis blade that performs exactly to your needs is an extremely difficult task, to which I analogize this search with Ollivander's Wands from Harry Potter; the wand (blade) chooses you. LILYPAD乒乓 aims to provide uniquely constructed, one-of-a-kind, aesthetically distinctive handmade blades to those that realize they require specifically tailored performance from their equipment.

PLAY TAILORED TO YOUR OWN UNIQUE STYLE
Everyone has their own playing style, and aesthetic preference when it comes to the equipment one chooses to use, and this is especially true of blades as it is the "soul" of your game. LILYPAD 乒乓 provides unique, specifically constructed blades to bring individuality to your game performance, and style.
Every LILYPAD blade feature unique, laser engraved, identifying markings on either side of the forehand handle. These markings will always feature a "BS" on the left side, which serves a Dual purpose as stating that the blade was made from a "single batch" of selected woods, and that it was made by me (BS being my initials); κόλλα (ancient Greek word for "glue"), meaning that the blade was made with hide glue. The right side features the unique blade number, which are made in sequential progression, as well my "MADE IN FLORIDA" marking, indicating where I handmake everyone of my blades.
ABOUT LILYPAD乒乓
I am an apprenticing architect in the state of Florida, and have deep passion for well crafted, functional design. Along with my design passion, I am personally an avid table tennis enthusiast. The creation of LILYPAD 乒乓 came about when I began going through a personal "pilgrimage" of making blades in search of the blade that best suited my abilities. In this search, I discovered yet another passion....the act of creating beautifully designed, tournament worthy, one-of-a-kind blades to the table tennis world.
